Clients work with Jacob from the first conversation through design approval. Ideas can begin with a sketch, a reference image or a description of the person who will wear the piece.

The practical decisions come next. Scale, materials, setting and wearability are worked through before production begins.

What should I include in a custom request?

Share the type of piece, approximate size, preferred metal and any reference image or sketch. A finished design is not required. Jacob reviews the idea before confirming the available options.

What determines the quote and schedule?

Metal weight and purity, stone choices, dimensions, setting detail and design complexity affect the quote. Material availability, design revisions and production work affect the schedule. Include a desired date so it can be reviewed before you commit.

What happens before the piece is made?

After the quote and deposit, the CAD design is prepared for your review. You can approve it or request changes. The finished piece is shown to you and the remaining balance is paid before delivery.

Can I arrange delivery outside Toronto?

Finished pieces ship across Canada and worldwide. Hand delivery is available within the Greater Toronto Area. The arrangements for your project are confirmed directly.
